We are fully insured.

Any item may be returned to us within 7 days of purchase, a refund of the purchase price only-shipping not included, will be returned to buyer upon the receipt of the undamaged item. Buyer pays for return postage. Also, if any item is returned due to improper shipping address on the buyer's behalf, the buyer pays for the postage.

Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the package. A photo of the damaged item plus the original box and packing material is needed in order to start your claim. A return shipping label shall be provided and a refund will be initiated once the damaged item is returned.
